Condition and Pricing
All Items are priced each unless otherwise stated.
All items are in good condition unless otherwise described. Good condition means no chips, cracks, major factory flaws, excessive wear or repairs.
Placing an Order
Individuals interested in purchasing an item should email us or call us at 330-3257866 prior to sending payment to determine if the item is still available. Please include your zip code and the name and Inventory Number of the item you wish to purchase.
Buyer prepays for purchased items. We accept Visa or Master Card over the phone, PayPal, cashiers check, money order, or personal check. Items paid by credit card, PayPal, cashiers check, or money order will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Items paid by check will be held until the check clears (usually 7-10 business days). Please make documents payable to Vicki Young. When you confirm your order, the item will be put on hold for 10 business days. If payment is not received within 10 days, the hold will expire and the item will become available to other purchasers.
Shipping and Handling
We will ship anywhere in the United States or internationally. Buyer pays shipping and insurance. The best method of shipping will be determined by Centennial Antiques unless directed otherwise by the customer. We have found FedEx ground to be the least expensive and most reliable way to ship most things. Therefore, packages will usually be shipped by FedEx or USPS.
Items may be returned for full refund (less shipping) only if refund request is made within three days of your receipt of item. Please contact us by e-mail or phone for authorization before sending the item back. Returned items must be insured, and in the original packaging with our identification tag still attached. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged after receipt or for partial returns of matching sets. If the item is damaged during shipment, you need to contact the carrier to file a damage claim.
Your privacy is always respected here. No information you share with us will be given to any other person or organization without your prior permission. Centennial Antiques does not make its sales histories or customer lists available to any other organizations or persons.
We Do Not Do Appraisals
We will not assign values to your collectables. We hope that you will understand that if you inquire simply to determine the value of your collectable, or to find out what it is that you have, we will be unable to respond to your inquiry, due to the overwhelming number of requests and limited time on our part.
