Knotter - Germany Girl

Here is an adorable little girl with a long green dress and a red shawl. She is a knotter - her head is loose and held on by a piece of elastic that is knotted down by her feet. This way her head can move around. She stands 2.75 inches tall and is marked Germany. I don't think the red round ball she holds is original as it is plastic. I do not know what she originally held. Some one has written the date of 1922 on the bottom.
