This is a carnival small bowl with 3 feet in the Wild Rose pattern made by Northwood. It measures 5.5 inches across and 3.25 inches high and has open lattice around to top edge. It is signed with the N in a circle in the middle of the bottom of the bowl. There is one small hairline crack in one of the loops of the lattice which I have pictured. It must have gotten bumped at some time but it is solid and not noticeable unless you really look for it.
