| This is a wonderful pair of early brass and marble girandoles in the American Rococo Revival style. They were made either in Philadelphia or New York ca. 1845 -1861 possibly by the firm of Cornelius. They are in the Sultan model and the coffin-shaped prisms appear to be the original. They stand 14.75 inches tall to the top of the candle cups. There are 2 missing prisms and several with damage and the marble has a few stains on it.
