This is a cute little celluloid windup toy. It is a boy carrying a suitcase with world travel stickers on it. When you wind the original key he walks forward. This piece is marked Made in Occupied Japan on the boys back and it is in very good working condition. The elastic that holds on his arms is stretched and needs to be tightened or replaced.
