Here is a large charger or wall plaque that was made by Villeroy & Boch of Germany. It measures 17.25 inches across and has a hand painted scene with a windmill, people, houses and sailing ships on it. There is a hairline in from the right side that shows from the back side but not from the front otherwise it is in good condition.
