This is a pair of tall candlesticks made by Heisey. The pattern is called Patrician and the stand 9 inches tall. They are not signed and there is a tiny nick on one of the ridges of the base of one see photo) and one candle cup has a couple of nicks around it but overall they are very pretty and elegant looking.
