Duck Plate - Signed Max

More Limoges - Back to Limoges

Here is a pretty hand decorated Limoges plate with a duck on it. It measures 10 inches across and is artist signed Max. The back stamp reads Limoges (Crown) Coronet France. This is one of the marks used by George Borgfeld, an importer, headquartered in New York. There is a slight amount of paint loss and wear on the face of the plate which I have tried to picture.
