Here is a darling all composition Patsy doll made by Effanbee. She stands 15 inches tall and is dressed in an old dress and hat. The tag on the front of her dress says - Goodwill Industries $1.95 - so at some time they sold her for a good price! Her head is marked Effanbee Patsy and her body is marked Effanbee Patricia. She is all in good condition except her eyes which are slightly crazed.
